Michael Linder, SIOR
Vice Chair
Mike works with owners and tenants in the leasing, sale, and development of industrial properties, primarily bulk space. He has been involved in real estate for over 25 years.
Shane Woloshan, SIOR
Vice Chair
Shane specializes in industrial leasing, investment sales and tenant representation. Throughout Shane’s 20 year career in commercial real estate he has established himself as one of the prominent names of industrial real estate in Columbus, Ohio.
Joel Yakovac, SIOR
Vice Chair
Joel specializes in industrial sales and leasing. He focuses on new business development and prospecting new tenants, buyers, landlords and sellers. Joel works with local companies throughout Central Ohio as well as large corporations across the United States.
Jonathan Schuen, SIOR

Jon specializes in assisting owners and tenants in the leasing, sale, and development of industrial & flex properties throughout Central Ohio. With more than 10 years of experience, Jon has established a strong reputation as a trustworthy advisor with in-depth knowledge of local market conditions
Kyle Ghiloni, SIOR
Executive Vice President
Kyle Ghiloni is a founding member of Colliers’ National Food & Beverage Solutions Group. Kyle, a Columbus native, leverages six years of brokerage experience and a deep understanding of the Central Ohio industrial market to assist owners and tenants with the leasing and sales of industrial and flex properties.

Senior Client Services & Marketing Manager
Molly is responsible for the creative and strategic implementation of marketing efforts for the Columbus Industrial Team as well as the mentorship and career development of the associates on the team.
Molly manages team business operations and ensures clients have constant communication and up to date information.

Sydney leads key initiatives supporting national occupier clients across large, multi-market portfolios. With a strong focus on transaction management, client service, and market strategy, she supports a ten-person brokerage team and serves as a critical liaison for major multi-location clients.
Nolan Babb
Senior Associate | Occupier Services
Nolan plays a leading role in managing and executing real estate strategy for national, multi-market clients. Nolan serves as a primary client liaison, directly supporting each client’s real estate teams throughout the entire transaction process.
Jessica Williams
Marketing Coordinator
Jessica is responsible for the execution and alignment of all property marketing, working closely with the Senior Client Services & Marketing Manager to support the strategy and vision of the Columbus Industrial Team and the Colliers brand.
Nash Linder

Nash recently joined Colliers as a Broker Associate where he will support the Columbus Industrial Team. Nash will apply his financial background, strong interpersonal skills, and growing knowledge of commercial real estate to help clients make strategic decisions.
