Mike Linder is the Principal/Senior Vice President in the Industrial Services Group in the Columbus, Ohio office of Grubb & Ellis|Adena Commercial. Mike is a graduate of the Ohio State University and his main area of responsibility is the sale and leasing of industrial real estate and land development. He is also a member of SIOR.
Shane Woloshan is a Vice President in the Columbus, Ohio Grubb & Ellis|Adena Commercial office. Shane is a graduate of Miami University and since joining G&E|Adena Shane has focused on industrial sales and leasing along with land development. Shane is also a member of SIOR.
Joel Yakovac is an Associate in the Columbus, Ohio Grubb & Ellis|Adena Commercial office. Joel is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and since joining G&E|Adena Joel has focused all facets of industrial real estate including leasing and sales.
Anna Maria Trimpe is the Marketing Project Manager for the Columbus Industrial Team. She works directly with Mike, Shane and Joel, and also with clients to develop an understanding of the client’s needs and tailors a unique program for each property.

2225 & 2235 Spiegel Dr. LEASE: Kraft occupies 2235 Spiegel Road which is a 510,000 SF dry warehouse and 163,000 SF freezer cooler warehouse. With their current lease coming close to an end Kraft chose The Columbus Industrial Team to represent them in finding a new space for their operations. It turned out that there was very little in the market that meet these requirements so Kraft decided to stay in the
current building they were in. The Columbus Industrial Team was able to negotiate a better lease rate for them to stay.
6440 Port Rd. LEASE: The Columbus Industrial Team represented TIAA-CREF in two transactions. They leased 228,480 SF in this building to Centrum Climate Systems LLC., and 205,650 SF to Exel, Inc. bring this building to 100% occupancy.
5830 Green Pointe Dr. LEASE: In November the Columbus Industrial team represented RREEF in leasing 194,989 SF to Mitsui-Soko (USA) Inc. bring the building to 100% occupancy.
