Mike Linder is the Principal/Senior Vice President in the Industrial Services Group in the Columbus, Ohio office of Grubb & Ellis|Adena Realty Advisors. Mike is a graduate of the Ohio State University and his main area of responsibility is the sale and leasing of industrial real estate and land development. He is also a member of SIOR.
Shane Woloshan is a Vice President in the Columbus, Ohio Grubb & Ellis|Adena Realty Advisors office. Shane is a graduate of Miami University and since joining G&E|Adena Shane has focused on industrial sales and leasing along with land development.
Joel Yakovac is an Associate in the Columbus, Ohio Grubb & Ellis|Adena Realty Advisors office. Joel is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and since joining G&E|Adena Joel has focused all facets of industrial real estate including leasing and sales.
Anna Maria Trimpe is the Marketing Project Manager for the Columbus Industrial Team. She works directly with Mike, Shane and Joel, and also with clients to develop an understanding of the client’s needs and tailors a unique program for each property.

Both Shane Woloshan and Michael Linder were inducted into the 2007 President's Circle. This Grubb & Ellis|Adena award is given to top producing brokers. Mike was also the recipient of the Circle of Excellence award last year, a national honor given by Grubb & Ellis Company.
Michael Linder was named a Columbus Board of Realtors Top Producer. Top Producer Awards are given to the Top Ten commercial brokers in Central Ohio.

The Columbus Industrial Team represented the seller, Centerpoint Development in the sale of a 306,000 SF warehouse in Delaware Ohio. This building was sold to Associated Hygenic Products for a total of $18,967,000.
 4311 Janitrol LEASE: The Columbus Industrial Team represented the owner, First Industrial and filled 85,000 SF in less than a month. 24,000 SF was leased to RRT South Services, LLC and 60,095 SF was leased to RIS Paper Company.
