Michael Linder, SIOR is the Brokerage Senior Vice President/Principal of the Industrial Group at Colliers International. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University and his main area of responsibility is the sale and leasing of industrial real estate and land development. Michael is also a member of SIOR.
Michael recognizes the importance in giving back to the community. He is a member of the Grove City Planning Commission, an active donor to The Disabled American Veterans, Make a Wish Foundation, and takes part in the annual Central Ohio Swim for Diabetes.
Shane Woloshan, SIOR is the Brokerage Vice President/Principal in the Columbus, Ohio Colliers International office. He is a graduate of Miami University and since joining Colliers International Shane has focused on industrial sales, leasing and land development along with being a member of SIOR. Shane is on the Commercial/Investment Steering Committee (Vice chair, elected position) and Recognition Committee at the Columbus Board of Realtors.
Joel Yakovac is a Vice President in the Columbus, Ohio Colliers International office. Joel is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and since joining Colliers International Joel has focused all facets of industrial real estate including leasing and sales.
Anna Maria Trimpe is the Marketing Coordinator for the Columbus Industrial Team. She works directly with Mike, Shane and Joel, and also with clients to develop an understanding of the client’s needs and tailors a unique program for each property.
