Mike Linder is a Principal/Senior Vice President of the Industrial Services Group at Grubb & Ellis|Adena Commercial. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University and his main area of responsibility is the sale and leasing of industrial real estate and land development. Michael is also an active member of SIOR.
Michael recognizes the importance in giving back to the community. He is a member of the Grove City Planning Commission, an active donor to The Disabled American Veterans and Make a Wish Foundation, and takes part in the annual Central Ohio Swim for Diabetes.
Shane Woloshan is a Vice President in the Columbus, Ohio Grubb & Ellis|Adena Commercial office. Shane is a graduate of Miami University and since joining G&E|Adena Shane has focused on industrial sales and leasing along with land development. Shane is also a member of SIOR.
Joel Yakovac is a Senior Associate in the Columbus, Ohio Grubb & Ellis|Adena Commercial office. Joel is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and since joining G&E|Adena Joel has focused all facets of industrial real estate including leasing and sales.
Anna Maria Trimpe is the Marketing Project Manager for the Columbus Industrial Team. She works directly with Mike, Shane and Joel, and also with clients to develop an understanding of the client’s needs and tailors a unique program for each property.

Top Producer since 2004. Top Producer Awards are given to the Top Ten commercial brokers in Central Ohio.
Grubb & Ellis|Adena held its annual awards ceremony in July. This awards ceremony is to recognize employees that have gone above and beyond for 2008. The awards are voted upon by all Adena employees. The Columbus Industrial Team received two awards,

3315 Urbancrest Industrial Drive LEASE: Ziegler Tire Company has just relocated from their existing facility to 3315 Urbancrest Industrial Drive in Grove City. The Columbus Industrial Team represented this tenant. The space they ultimately decided on was newer construction with great access to I-270 and US 62. The property allows them more visibility and an overall better location for them and their clientele. Zeigler now occupies just less than 30,000 SF at this location and anticipates ongoing success here in Columbus, OH.
2100 Cloverleaf St. LEASE/SALE: The Columbus Industrial Team was hired to lease or sell the 151,972 SF distribution building located at 2100 Cloverleaf Street. Within 6 months of being awarded the listing, they signed a long term lease with a tenant for the vacant 109,413 SF space binging the building to 100% occupancy. Then just a few months later sold this building.
5830 Green Pointe Dr. LEASE: In November the Columbus Industrial team represented RREEF in leasing 194,989 SF to Mitsui-Soko (USA) Inc. bring the building to 100% occupancy.
2841 Spiegel Rd. LEASE: The Columbus Industrial Team and Onno Steger represented Kraft Foods North America, Inc. in leasing 937,308 SF at 2842 Spiegel Road in Groveport, Ohio.
